Back Running

Today was the first time where I ran 2 days straight in the past 6 weeks. My running in the past 2 months has been quite sporadic. Disappointingly sporadic, to be quite honest. I have embraced the season of being a father of three, the energy that is required, and attempted to only run when it was convenient for everyone (not just me). So today was nice. Good for the morale. We will see if I can get another run in tomorrow.
